Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HyperBees account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return ID.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
